Method of Constructing a Log Modular Home

Cranes are used to haul up the modules and affix them to the foundation. Fasteners are used to bind the modules together to create an air-tight modular log home. The entire process takes around 2-3 days. The modules are fitted with all the electrical fittings, wiring and plumbing that is needed to finish the home.
You can choose your own floor designs and plans according to your preferences. A modular home provides for ease in designing because designs can be created and modified on computers. You have to bear in mind though that modular log homes have to adhere to specifications and standards laid down by State Laws.
A large number of people are opting for modular log homes because they are sturdy and low in cost. Besides, it gives you the look of a traditional log cabin with none of the hitches like loosely constructed panels and lack of resistance to cold drafts.
